ひねくれ男が木の下で

ひねくれえほんを読んでいた

たいそうおもしろそうなので

たくさん観察してみたが

いくらたってもその本の

内容まったくわからない

仕方がないのでその本を

うばってむしって食べてみた

A twisted man sat under a tree

Reading a twisted picture book

It looked terribly interesting

So I watched him closely

But no matter how long I waited

I couldn’t understand a thing

about the book’s contents

So I had no choice but to snatch the book

Tear it apart and eat it
